The simplest definition of a loft is a room placed on the top floor of a house, right under the roof. This room, of course is small. Some people use it as their storage, but others use it like a bedroom. In today’s post we decided to feature a minimalist loft design, located in the center of Prague, Czech Republic and it was designed by OOOX. Although this loft design is tiny, the geometrical patterns and decorations are perfectly placed to make it look spacious. The designer created a beautiful space to use.
To emphasize the minimalist loft design, the designer separated the spaces in three rooms: a living room, a bathroom and a small bedroom. He also used his creativity and ingeniousness to make the space look wide. He used mirrors to cover the walls, using the reflection to create a widening effect.
The biggest space is the living room, beautifully complemented by the windows. It’s a great space to use as a working area and dining zone. The desk or the dining table can be placed right under the windows to add the light. The mirrors are not only used to cover the walls, but also to cover the storage, that is why the space looks wide.
This loft design also features a minimalist interior, with simple furniture made of light wood, in a beautiful color combination of natural hues and grey. There are also cool interpretations of black and white elements in the room.
The small bedroom has a nice storage space under the window that also features the white and black theme. The bathroom is placed between the living room and the bedroom. The designer used a black theme for the bathroom and also added dark glass to the décor.
